Foreman Industrial Cooling Engineering

As (cooperating) foreman industrial cooling engineering, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and managing a team of cooling engineers to ensure effective installation and realisation of industrial cooling, freezing and fruit ripening systems domestic / abroad.
Your duties will include:
- Leading, directing and coordinating the team of fitters, subcontractors and cooling technicians, including assigning tasks, planning work schedules and promoting an efficient and effective working environment;
- Act as the technical point of contact for the team, resolving complex technical issues and providing technical guidance and support;
- Ensure compliance with technical protocols and safety regulations to ensure that all work complies with applicable standards;
- Maintain strong (customer) relationships through effective communication, handling customer queries, providing technical advice and resolving complex customer issues in a professional and customer-focused manner;
- Commissioning cooling installations in cooperation with the service department;
- Acting as liaison between the project manager and the assembly team;
Your profile:
- You have completed cooling engineering courses;
- Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level;
- Refrigeration certifications;
- F-gases diploma;
- Extensive cooling experience;
- VCA-VOL certificate;
- Language knowledge: English and German.
